Pricing structure

Weddings

has a basic price for 2013 of £495 + V.A.T. which covers:

• As many runs to the service as you wish, and the number of runs makes no difference to the price of the service. These may include:
  • Groom and Best Man.
  • As many bridesmaids runs to the service as required.
  • A separate journey for the mother of the bride, if required.
  • Bride and escort to the service.
  • Bride and groom to reception, and
  • To return at any time up to 9pm and within a 10 mile radius of Eversley in any car of your choice to launch you on your honeymoon in style, or to give you a beautiful "run" in the countryside as an interlude between the daytime and evening events.

offers the following variations to the basic price.

• The Alvis carries a £100 discount to the basic price.
• The Rolls Royce Phantom I carries a £100 surcharge to the basic price.
• We offer 10% discounts for winter weddings (Nov-March incl.)
• We offer 10% discounts for non-Saturday weddings.
• We offer 10% discounts for civil ceremonies.
• The 1949 Bedford charabanc and the 1946 Bedford single-decker bus each carry a £200 surcharge to the basic price, but they are zero-rated for V.A.T. so they end up at almost the same price to you, the customer, as the Phantom I tourer .

We pride ourselves in being the market leader for vintage/historical bridal vehicles in the Surrey, Berkshire and Hampshire counties, indeed in the whole of south east England. However, since the vast majority of our customers get change from £600 for our services, you can see that we truly do offer you great value for money.

Proms

For the services described in our Proms section, we offer to get you to your event within a 10 mile radius of Eversley in 2013 as follows:

• The Alvis drop head coupé for £245 + V.A.T.
• Each of the six basic price cars for £295 + V.A.T.
• Rolls Royce Phantom I tourer for £345 + V.A.T.
• The Bedford charabanc and single decker bus for £595 each (no V.A.T.).

will be delighted to give you quotations for:

• Journeys beyond a 10 mile radius of Eversley.
• Return trips from the Prom at the end of the evening.
• Multiple cars if you all want to travel together but not in one of the Bedfords.

 

Corporate Events

As you can see from the above sections on Weddings and Proms, we can start quotations for £245 + V.A.T. for the cars or £595 (no V.A.T.) for the Bedfords.
